A recently formed Nottingham trio, all originally from Yorkshire, perform under the name of "Waffal".

The trio started a little time ago as a duo, but then Al decided that he shouldn't miss out on a good thing and was welcomed into the fold.Denis Sabey and Steve Bailey met when Denis ran folk clubs in Yorkshire a very long time ago! It is said that they are both great fun!??Denis does the majority of the lead singing and harmonies flow freely Steve still plays lots of ceilidhs and other things with "5 Go Off". Al plays with Jigabit and does some Jazz depping as well.
Steve and Al were previously with "Six Hands In Tempo".
